Getting started

Traguardo works fully offline with no account required. Open the app and start capturing tasks, building projects, and sketching mind maps right away — everything stays on your device.

Create an account only when you want to sync across devices or use Premium features.

Free & Premium

Free is a complete, private, local planner — tasks, projects, folders, tags, perspectives, mind maps and widgets, all on your device.

Premium unlocks sync across iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch, all AI features, auto-scheduling, unlimited projects, project sharing, and attachments. New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial.

Managing your subscription

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device.

Restore a purchase

Already subscribed but Premium isn't showing? Open Profile in the app and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID that made the original purchase.

Sync & account

Sign in with the same Traguardo account on each device and your data syncs automatically. Sync is a Premium feature.

Traguardo supports email & password (with a one-time email code) and Sign in with Apple. Your data is stored on servers in the EU and is never sold.

AI features

Natural-language capture, auto-scheduling, breaking goals into subtasks, turning a photo into tasks, and the morning briefing all run on our servers. They require Premium, an account, and an internet connection.

If AI isn't responding, check that your subscription is active and you're online.

Notifications

Reminders and the AI morning briefing are delivered as push notifications and require an account with notifications enabled. Set your morning briefing time in Profile → Notifications.

Delete your data

In local mode, your data lives only on your device — deleting the app removes it. If you have an account, open Profile and choose Delete account to permanently remove your data from our servers. You can also email us and we'll handle it for you.
